Anger is a natural feeling to human being. It will appear and exist if someone triggered by something that he dislike and resulting to hatred. Anger is a feeling of being upset or annoyed because of something wrong or bad done by someone related and belonging to him. It is a feeling that makes someone want to hurt other people. Angers occurs naturally and cannot be avoided. Anger becomes a problem when felt too intensely, felt too frequently, expressed inappropriately that results in negative consequences, results in negative self-confidence. appropriate action to deal with the situation in a positive way by applying appropriate techniques and strategies.
