How to Manage Anger and Hatred

 

Anger is a natural feeling to human being. It will appear and exist if someone triggered by something that he dislike and resulting to hatred. Anger is a feeling of being upset or annoyed because of something wrong or bad done by someone related and belonging to him. It is a feeling that makes someone want to hurt other people. Angers occurs naturally and cannot be avoided. Anger becomes a problem when felt too intensely, felt too frequently, expressed inappropriately that results in negative consequences, results in negative self-confidence. Someone must know how to control the feeling of anger. Don’t go beyond on this.

Learn to check your aggression and express your anger appropriately. Anger management should result into positive effect if someone will not go beyond his feeling of anger. He must know the different steps to anger management, anger intensifying, cooling off habits, techniques to avoid anger. How to do anger management and what are the skills needed in dealing someone's anger? Someone must know how to identify aggressive acts shown by self and others. Identify potential consequences of one's anger to others and himself. Identify self-destructive behavior, stop blaming others and oneself. Identify thoughts prior to aggressive acts and identify internal cues to feelings of anger. one must take power against the feeling of anger.

Considering that all people are precious. One must think how to value the goodness of someone instead of ruining ones life with anger. Avoid anger triggers. Anger management includes calming down, show mutual respect, name the problem, find solutions, choose the best solution, congratulate oneself, review the solution that was picked. Anger management is a term used to describe the skills someone need to recognize that he, or someone else, is becoming angry, and then take appropriate action to deal with the situation in a positive way by applying appropriate techniques and strategies.
